Return/Guarantee/Shipping/Privacy Policies
Our policies are simple: We at BnL Home And Garden Center try to do what ever is neccessary to have you as a happy and satisified customer for life not just today!
Guarantee/Return Policy:
All of our products come with a 30 day (any reason) money back guarantee, some of our products come with a limited lifetime guarantee. Just contact our Customer Service department and they will issue a return label and any neccessary credits/refunds.
Shipping Policy:
We will ship your order within 24 to 48 hours once payment is received. The only exceptions to this rule are:
1) If Sunday or a legal holiday falls in that time period, of which that day would not count toward the time period.
2) If the order will be leaving the United States as these orders require more paperwork and handling.
Privacy Policy:
We at BnL Home And Garden Center will never give or sell any information provided by any of our customers for any reason. All information gathered will be used for our purposes only.
